ARC stands for All Round Conditioning . The meaning behind this is that we not only help you condition your body through exercise , but also to condition your mind and belief system about yourself.

ARC was founded to give women a safe, supportive, and positive environment to train,  somewhere that feels less like a gym and more like a community.

We believe fitness should be something you look forward to, not a chore.

Over the years, ARC has helped hundreds of women rediscover their strength, confidence, and sense of self. Our coaches are always on hand to guide, motivate, and celebrate every step of the journey.

At ARC, it’s not just about training—it’s about connection, growth, and becoming the strongest version of yourself.

My name is Tara O'Malley

I am the  Head Coach and Co-Founder of ARC.

I’ve been training for over 10 years, and the journey has completely transformed my life—both physically and mentally. Through fitness, I discovered strength I never knew I had and built a whole new level of confidence. Now, nothing makes me happier than sharing that with other women.

When I first started, I lost over 20kg, so I truly understand the challenges and emotions that come with the journey. That’s why creating a supportive, empowering environment for women is at the heart of everything I do.

My training background is diverse—I’ve competed in powerlifting, trained in boxing, and developed a deep love for the mind-body connection through Pilates and breathwork. I’m also a qualified Boxercise instructor and sports massage therapist, which allows me to bring a well-rounded approach to coaching.

As a coach, my biggest goal is simple: to help as many women as possible become their strongest, most confident selves.

On a personal level, I’m working toward competing in another powerlifting competition and improving my cardio fitness through running—pushing myself to new levels just as I encourage my clients to do.

My name is Shane O'Neill

I’m Shane O’Neill, co-founder of ARC and head coach for our online coaching.My journey with fitness started over a decade ago with a simple goal: to become stronger and build muscle. What began as a personal challenge quickly grew into something much bigger—I not only transformed my body, but also my mindset, habits, and lifestyle. The structure and discipline I built through training have carried over into every part of my life, and the gym has become a huge part of who I am.Over the years, I’ve competed in multiple powerlifting competitions and I’m always striving to return stronger than ever. Competing taught me the value of resilience, consistency, and pushing beyond limits—lessons I now pass on to the people I coach.I feel incredibly grateful to have turned my passion into my career. At ARC, my mission is to help people get stronger, healthier, and more confident, even with the demands of a busy lifestyle , I will guide you with structure, accountability, and the same passion that’s driven my own journey.
